Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform (alforatech.com), owned and operated by Alfora Tech Private Limited.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the relevant sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping, or the product is out for delivery.

In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Alfora Tech Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their own end.

This must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the product.

4. Product Not as Described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

5. Warranty Claims

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Processing Time

In case of any refunds approved by Alfora Tech Private Limited, it will take up to 15 days for the refund to be processed to you from the date of approval.
